I have oily/sometimes combo skin and I live in the high desert of SoCal. Even though it is advertised for Winter, I think the main focus of the title should be the 'Remedy' part, because it is definitely my remedy for great skin. I use this 1-2 times a week (sometimes less because I enjoy great effects from other Arcona products). The Raspberry Peel is amazingly effective. I love the tingly sensation it gives (some people with low tolerance may think that it burns, but no peel works effectively without a little tingle). I'm not a big believer in 'beauty is pain', but I do appreciate a bit of tingle to know that it's working. A little mind over matter? I doubt it because the proof is definitely in the raspberry pudding!

The pads are great. Gentle but deep-cleansing.I love to use these on my neck, decollete, and even around my ears. I am always amazed at how much dirt I see removed.

For me, I find the Peptide cream a bit heavy, so I only use this after doing a peel to sooth my skin- which is obviously the point. I never have any breakouts with this heavier cream and my face never gets irritated.

Overall, since using this kit, my skin is smoother and brighter, pores are cleaner and my oiliness always decreases in the days following use. Definitely worth it!

I really love the Peptide Hydrating Complex in this kit. I have used this product on its own before. II don't necessarily have to use it everyday - every other day - though this winter my skin seems to need it daily. Whenever I wear it I get compliments on my skin. I see immediate improvement. My skin glows and looks more youthful and smooth. For long term affects you have to use the products regularly. I like the cranberry toner although the pads seem to hold much more toner than you need at one time and then it seems to be a waste. The peel I have used twice so far and it does sting on my skin although that is supposed to be normal. Once I removed the peel with water, my skin was not red surprisingly. And it did seem to dissolve the dry outer layer of my skin. Overall, I am very happy. I still use Magic White Ice, Desert Mist Toner and the Gentle Solution while I have added these to the regimen.

I was so excited to use this product when I first received it that I used it right after exfoliating, waxing, and on my period. I don't know about those who said it burns, because all I ever felt was a slight stinging and itchiness. I have psoriasis and this line helped with the assortment of symptoms that present with this condidition. I used to spend 20-30 minutes every night hunting and squeezing blackheads. Now my pores are much smaller and I spend 10 minutes every night trying to find a blackhead, but rarely finding any. The third time I used the rasberry peel, a stubburn patch of blackheads on my chin disappeared, for good!!! I use the product a little more frequently than recommended, 3 times a week with the weekend off. I can see my skin clearing up dramatically. The pores are tightening, breakouts are gone, and my skin is brightening. Use just a nickel or quarter size dallop and that is all you need. I expect this jar to last for a while. The only bad side is the toner and moisturizer in the kit will run out long before the rasberry peel. I will buy this product again and I am considering buying other products from the line also.

Okay, so it costs more than most. But the truth is this skin csre line is amazing. The smell is incredible and almost edible! And the results are amazing! Don't expect a whole new face...just a healthy beautiful radiance of your tired 'ol skin. This kit is an excellent introduction to the line. I use it every night. It's a value (not as much as they claim), but a value nonetheless. I bought this after receiving a trial size toner. I've been hooked ever since. I'm going back today to buy another kit. BTW, I have super oily skin. I think this is suited for all skin types.

Happy skin! I have dry and sensitive skin and I was a little concerned when I first tried everything in the kit. No worries - out came glowing, soft skin. Arcona's product has a great light and delicate fragrance to it as well.
