I'm almost afraid to write this in fears of I'll jinx my skin. Skin care products are NEVER this effective after only a week (normally a week in means I'm breaking out like crazy as my skin tries to adjust to them). Massive acne reduction and serious reduction in what I thought were permanent scars, but instead appear to have just been permanent acne that is disappearing. Yes, the soap smells, yes my face is shinier than normal, yes there is not enough magic white ice compared to the other products. Do I care? Absolutely not, best acne reduction that I have seen in years. I can deal with everything else. I'm using the triad pads along with this because I'm in love with them and I do not feel like I manage to wash the soap off with just water.

The PM directions are not exactly clear, so I traveled over to the ARCONA site. Use the scrub every other morning, when not using the scrub use the soap. Moisturize then use dessert mist. At night it's the opposite, the solution goes on first and then the moisturizer.

My fingers are crossed this kit stays as magical as its been this past week. Oh and no redness, no dryness, no real breakouts (had a few skin purges at the start of the week, which were expected when you see a product start working).

I get confused every time i apply this product day and night. Certain lotion should be applied in AM and some lotion in PM and cant use certain things everyday.. anyway, i see some improvement on my face the first 2nd week. This travel set improves the texture of my skin and minimize some pores. I have a very very oily skin, but somehow some lotion ( i'm not sure which one) makes my skin even more oily.. so my face is basically oily and shiny all day long. HOWEVER, my skin looks MUCH clear and smooth. So far, im liking it ALOT!

I've been using this package for over 2 weeks now. I really like the line. The smells don't bother me and i really do think it's made my skin smoother and reduced blemishes. but it's also made my skin oilier than it was. I'm not really sure what the deal is with that, but it's like bad. I mean before i used to use maybe 1 oil removing sheet during the day, now i can use one every hour. but like i said, the results are weird because my skin has less blemishes, just more oil... i might try their acne line to see if that is better for my skin. but if the oily kit made me olier, i just hope the acne kit doesn't make my acne worse!

Thus far I'm totally in love with this product and have only used it for four days, but I had to write. I had the Cranberry Gommage from somewhere and tried it and loved it, so I had to have the rest of the stuff and am even looking at buying more. Yes, it is expensive, but I'm so worth it.

I love all of these products, and in 2.5 weeks, my skin is almost clear. A huge feat considering I've had moderate acne for almost 14 years. My skin is literally glowing and I can leave the house with only a little bit of concealer on and look fully put together. My skin is also very soft.

My only complaints is that the sizes are distributed so that you will definitely run out of some of the products before the others (ex. the Magic Ice, which you use twice a day sometimes). This is my pet peeve, especially in a treatment program like this. I'm over halfway through with the Magic Ice, and that's only using one pump of the product (about the size of a small pearl). Plus, the pump on that product has actually stopped working. The spigot can't reach the product, so I have to open the pump and get a dab of it with my pinky. Obnoxious, considering I've only been using it a little over 2 weeks.

Overall, the solutions are amazing and my only qualms are in the packaging.

Like another reviewer noted, I did a LOT of research before choosing Arcona as my next experiment in my grand goal of finding a fabulous natural skincare line that works well for my oily/combination skin. I really did want to like this line. I like their philosophy and they tried to be really helpful, when I spoke to them...

So I coughed up the cash and bought this kit (actually from the Arcona site directly, although I later bought full-size items here as well as several outside of the kit) and I used their products exclusively (per their instructions) for several months. Their reps kept telling me supplementing this or that would yield the awesome results I was hoping for... but eventually, I realized it wasn't happening and jumped ship...

Here's how the stuff in the kit broke down for me:

Tea Toner Bar - smells kind of gross (in fact, most of the products do) and actually clogged my skin more than cleaned it. I'd recommend trying the raspberry acne bar instead (which yielded somewhat better results, even though I wouldn't classify my skin as super acne-prone)

Cranberry Grommage - smells decent, works better than the tea toner but not the most fabulous exfoliant I've ever used (especially for the money)

Magic White Ice - TOO lightweight and doesn't really moisturize in those spots that need it.. this left my face feeling a bit too dry. It also does not have an SPF.

Desert Mist - a weird (VERY smelly) protectant layer to put on top of your moisturizer and spf (you'll have to buy separately, not in the kit) - I didn't find it useful or worth the smell.

The Solution - actually probably what I liked most out of the kit, it's a decent nighttime exfoliator and doesn't smell too horrible. I didn't like it so much that i didn't abandon it the second I switched product lines, but I will say if you're going to do Arcona, it's not bad.

Another product people with combo/oily skin might want to give a try is the Mineral Magic toner spray (not in the kit) which I liked better than most of the line.

After all this (and several hundred dollars later), I came to the conclusion that it's just too hit or miss for me and my skin was no better than it would be on a drugstore line of product. Yes, it's natural but it's not worth the dinero. At least not for me. I've tried several other organic/natural skincare lines and while this is not the worst, it's definitely not the best. Currently, I am preferring the 100% Pure line (which is cheaper, smells better, lasts longer and meshes better with my skin) - you can find it on this site as well as several others.

If you are in SoCal and have the time and money to spare (and are really interested in Arcona), I'd suggest going to the Arcona day spa for a facial with their product line, before investing a large amount of money to find out through trial and error. You can find that info on their website...

I was so excited to receive this kit, as I had done a lot of research prior to my order and loved the triad pads I received as a sample. I read the entire booklet and followed the strict guidelines not use any other products outside of the Arcona line. I am now into my eighth week and hate to say that I am extremely disappointed in these products. I have seen little, if any results and my skin feels dried out and looks dehydrated. Though the Magic White Ice and the Cranberry Gommage smell great, all of the other products do not! I usually don't post reviews on products, like them or not...but I felt that due to the high cost of these products and the disappointment after using them for 2 months, they warranted a response. I will say they did not cause me to break out and my make up did go on smooth after applying the Desert Mist. Hope this review helps.

Great set. My skin has never looked better! It did take some time before I saw a noticeable difference. I broke out for the first 2 weeks as my skin adjusted but now my skin is clear and smooth. My pores are also smaller. I am a convert!

Really good product, but it requires a lot of work. You use different products for AM and PM. I will probably buy again, but would like something that requires less work. I tried because I am nursing and have been having combination/acne prone skin. Over all the products are really good, feels amazing on your skin and does seem to be balancing my skin.
